Data we process

The WinRate AI Service Administration may process Telegram ID, username, profile name, interface language, subscription, referral, voting, and leaderboard data.

For payments, we retain an order identifier, amount, currency, status, and technical confirmation details. The service does not receive or store full bank card details.

We may also process support messages, error logs, and device, browser, network, and IP data required for security and reliable operation.

Why data is used

Data is used for authentication, access delivery, profile, history and result display, leaderboard and referral features, payment processing, support, and abuse prevention.

Sharing and storage

Data may be shared with Telegram, FreeKassa, Supabase, hosting providers, and other technical processors only to the extent required for the relevant function.

Retention depends on the purpose, subscription period, dispute resolution needs, and technical requirements. Access to data is restricted.

Website analytics and consent

The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Google Analytics is loaded only after a visitor allows analytics in the consent panel.

When permitted, Google Analytics may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, viewed pages, traffic source, and interactions such as outbound Telegram clicks. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled in the current configuration.

Visitors may refuse analytics or change their choice at any time through the Privacy settings control on the website.

User requests

Users may request clarification or deletion of available personal data through the Profile support section. Account verification may be required before a request is completed.
